Vacation Handling due to employees getting extra weeks

All GCA 150 Local Chairmen,

Please find attached instructions for handling the additional week(s) of vacation provided by the 2025 National Agreement.

You should be receiving a list of the Engineers who qualified for the additional week by Friday 2/6 from the WFM team. If you have not been provided one by close of business Friday, I would contact your DCM.

Note: ALL Engineers already assigned to your specific VAC roster will then have the ability to bid these on the “new” open spots.

For those of you who utilize the ATSF vacation agreement at your location, ( i.e. Galesburg, Denver) your final handling is yet to be determined.
